CANCELLATION POLICY

Changing the delivery address or cancel an order is only possible within the first 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

REFUNDS

 Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you have an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact us at info@mrshroom.us and send us a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If your claim gets approved, and  If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.  

EXEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS 

-Mr. Shroom  will not grant a refund, or credit your account, on produced product in case of:

  • Undamaged/Undefective Products:
    No Refunds and Returns on Undamaged/Undefective Products. see exchange options for more information.
  • Wrong Address:
    If  you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Unclaimed:
    Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or to your end customer (if and as applicable).
  • Rejected by Customs:
    If a package is returned due to customs rejection, Mr. Shroom will not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to contact us on import regulations for each country they are selling their products, and for the receiver to pay any necessary customs fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items, clearance items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Exchange only with Store Credit.

To start an exchange of the item, you can contact us at info@mrshroom.us. Send us a brief explanation of the reason of your exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Client is liable for the cost of shipping

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase using your store credit for the new item.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
